I had to figure that last one out quickly, because giving my son less time with his mom was simply NOT an option.

In 2019, I was able to retire and sell my business.

At this point, I’d seen way too many freelancers burn out, give up, and go back to their 9-5.

To each their own, but many of those same people faced layoffs as soon as COVID hit. Personally, I was done leaving my future in any employers hands.

So what was it that allowed me to build a business and a life for my family without burning out and giving up? 

Systems and processes.

I was able to use the same organizational skills I used to help others pull off six and seven-figure product launches and apply them to my business. This allowed me to grow my business to six-figures, generating consistent income for me without having to charge hourly or fall into a feast or famine cycle.

Even in the midst of a pandemic.

Now I no longer project manage at all. But since I’ve sold my biz, I’ve spent my time coaching other online service providers so that they can create the same flexibility and freedom in their lives.
